TTG photographs can be made in any lighting conditions, and images taken “after dark” are no exception. It is easy to make TTG-qualified “night” photographs.

Of course, the brightness of any scene cannot be misrepresented or the result will fail to meet P7.

Both making a photo taken during daylight look like a night photograph and making a night photograph look like daytime would disqualify the result from rinairs and from TTG.

Note that in TTG photographs all brightness relationships must be preserved or the photograph will be disqualified by P7 (in night photographs, that would mean for example that illuminated windows on a building photographed from the outside cannot be changed to dark).
