Any photograph in which the background (or the sky) is replaced is disqualified by P2 and by P7 (and usually by other requirements as well).

The resulting photograph cannot qualify for the TTG label regardless of how it is explained.

Cutting out the background also always disqualifies the resulting photograph from TTG.
